Sir I am running from last 10 days, I have too much pain in bones in lower part of leg, I was consult to doctor then he advised me for warm therapy, puts leg in warm water thrice a day but I don't get any change, sir I have my physical fitness test in Border road organisations department, running is compulsory, sir pls advised me what should I do. I am waiting for your support.

Hi lybrate-user based on the information provided pain it's because of strain over the lower leg. Now if it's a strain can be relieved by applying a crepe bandage. Need few days rest n than start with warm up always n stretching. Only than start brisk walking. N progress to running. N do calf, thigh stretching and strengthening exercises.
