hello sir,take high protein and high calorie diet. take milk and milk products. have small and frequent meals take chocolate milk, juice with glucose,dark chocolate, soy milk, soy chaap, panner, tofu, protein baar. don't skip your breakfast specially. do stretching exercise alternate days.
