I am suffering from overweight I want to decrease my weight to ideal weight my height is 180 cms my age 18 Please suggest.

In order to reduce the weight, you need to make certain modifications in the diet. Limit the intake of carbohydrates and include more of whole cereals such as whole wheat flour, wheat porridge, oats, barley etc instead of refined cereals. Include more of proteins-pulses, milk and milk products, eggs, chicken, fish, nuts etc. Eat plenty of fibre in the form of fresh fruits and vegetables. Increase your water intake. Regular physical activity is another important factor.
