Hi, I am 25 years old, I want to say that I'm suffering from acidity problem. Presently I using rabiprazole + domepradon tablet at morning before breakfast and mirtazapine at night, if I do not take these tablets, I suffer from vomiting at morning time. What I do to release from these tablets?

Dear , you should make a note of what food or activity causes acidity. Avoid foods which are too spicy, oily, bitter. Similarly avoid meat or non vegetarian foods. Take souf (fennel seeds) after food or put seeds in one cup of water with one tea spoon of sugar and mildly heat. When cooled, filter the seeds and drink the water. This would soothe the acidity and reduce necessity of drugs. While sleeping put double pillows under your head. Take curds with food. Drink plenty of water. Some ayurvedic digestant powders like gomata pachanamrit from goshala products
