I have been suffering from nausea due to anxiety n nervousness. It mostly happens when say I n my girlfriend have planned to go out. But almost 1 hour before we go out. Like say while dressing. I feel so nausea stricken. My body shakes. I vomit a lot at times. Whenever I get nervous this generally happens. My head hurts a lot even after adequate sleep. I woke up at 6 today. Thought I could sleep for some more. But neither could I sleep properly like I was just lying down half asleep. But when I woke up. My head hurts real bad. It's not tolerable. I can hardly concentrate on anything when this happens. I want to know how to control my anxiety n nervousness. It's mostly when I morally fall weak that this happens. My girlfriend knows about this and is ready to help me. My parents didn't at all pay attention when I was trying to talk to them about this problem. I hope this is free. Thank you.
