Hi lybrate-user! Your skin is dry and the red marks that improve after moisturizing can be a rash of atopic dermatitis. Atopic dermatitis is an immune dysregulation resulting in excessive dryness and itching of skin, often exacerbated in winters. The itching may increase on sweating. You will require some basic lifestyle changes like -avoid harsh soaps -avoid too cold or too hot water for washing/showering -use coconut oil before shower -applying liberal amount of moisturizer on wet skin -taking diet rich in natural healthy fats -having omega 3 fatty acids Chemical peels may not be the right choice for you. You can consult a dermatologist regarding use of a mild steroid and/or immunomodulator to help you through resistant areas not improving with moisturizers.

Adapt a healthy lifestyle and apply moisturizer as required. Include fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Drink enough water and fluids. If the complaints of dryness persists then you can use Homeopathy safely. It is safe and without any side-effects. You can contact me for further details about Homeopathic treatment.
