For weight gain you must take high calloric food. Take a early morning breakfast. The breakfast should consist a big glass of milk. To increase the caloric value of milk add 2 tablespoon sugar+2 tablespoon Bournvita. Along with milk in breakfast take a bread with with plenty of butter, two Bananas and two fried eggs. Diet should be regular and don't starve for more than 4 hrs which will lead to loss wt again. Your diet should contain more protein for weight gaining for which we have to include pulses(all types of dal and grams),nuts,corn,egg,meat,fish and milk in our? diet. At the same time you have to get vitamins and minerals for which you have to include all varieties of vegetables and fruits. Include iron rich foods in your diet like dark jaggery, amla, dates, chikku, pomegranate,spinach,beet root,fig,black grapes. Drink plenty of water also to keep your cells hydrated. Most important part is to lie down for atleast half an hour after each meal which will help for better digestion. Do exercise for increasing muscle mass and after exercise have a glass of milk, a boiled egg and banana. Continue this for some months and see yourself gaining weight gradually which will remain stable.
