I am Chaitanya, I am vegetarian, I want to gain weight naturally can you please any suggestions for my weight gain.
For weight gain you must take high calloric food. Take a early morning breakfast. The breakfast should consist a big glass of milk. To increase the caloric value of milk add 2 tablespoon sugar+2 tablespoon Bournvita. Along with milk in breakfast take a bread with with plenty of butter, two Bananas and two fried eggs. All this breakfast will cause slight heaviness and belching in the first few days but if continuied with a little will power, it will do a lot of good in future Eat fruits and vegetables Garbanzo Beans. Eggs. Spinach. Dark Meat Chicken. Bananas. Walnuts. Watermelon There are many usefull medicine in Ayurveda for you. You may consult me privately without hesitation on Lybrate.

Hi Do not worry. There are many usefull medicine in Ayurveda to solve your problem. (1) Winter Cherry is a potent adaptogen, which relieves mental stress, a key contributor of poor sexual performance. It is an effective antioxidant that helps in alleviating male sexual dysfunction. There are many usefull medicine in Ayurveda for yor problem. You can talk to me privately without hesitation on Lybrate. 1. Two or three cloves of Garlic + 1 pinch of Callyriam should be powdered and turned to paste. Apply the paste on hairless skin patch. If any reaction occurs, butter should be applied over that. 2. Leaves of Kareer should be ground into paste and applied. 3. Maha Bhringraj Tail to be applied on scalp at night. 4. Chandanadi Tail to be applied on scalp at night. 5. Nilikadi Tail to be applied on scalp at night. 6. Maha Marichyadi Tail to be applied on scalp at night. Regimen 1. Triphala, Bhringaraja, Black pepper, Sesame oil and Honey should be recommended. 2. Food causing burning sensation, Alcohol and Smoking should be restricted. Hi Crunches, Twist Crunches, Side Crunch, Reverse Crunches, Vertical Leg Crunch, Bicycle Exercise, Lunge Twist, Rolling Plank are best exercises to reduce weight. Regimens 1. Old sali rice, Samvaka, Kodrava, Bajara, Maze (makka), Barley, Green gram (mudga), Kulattha, Pigeon pea (arhara ),Chick pea (chana), Brinjal, Parvala, Drum stick (shigru), Butter milk, Cardamom, Amalaki, Mustard oil, Luke warm water, Food substance with pungent, bitter and astringent taste should be recommended. 2. Freshly harvested sali rice, Wheat, Black gram (udada), Potato, Milk, Curd, Meet, Fish, Clarified butter, Jaggery and intake of water after meal should not be allowed. Useful single formulations in Ayurveda for Obesity 1. Suddha Silajatu (Black Bitumen) 500 mg twice a day with hot water. 2. Vijaysar Kwath (Terminalia tomentosa) 20 ml twice a day with honey. 3. Juice of 2 lemon + 4 tsf honey mixed with 1 glass of water. This drink should be taken in the morning for 50 days. There are so many medicines in Ayurveda to solve your problems. Hi Do not worry. 30 to 40% 0f adults have some amount of insomnia. As age advances the rate also increases. Females are more prone. It makes the people feel tense and anxious and irritable. It may lead to motor vehicle accident and other health problems. Sleep pattern changes with age. Adult need 8 hour of sleep. Some may need 6 hour and children 10 hour. Insomnia is not a disease. It is body's way to saying that something is not right. It cause trouble in sleeping, may not be able to fall asleep, may wake up during the night or may wake up early in the morning. CAUSES 1. Stress 2. Too much caffeine 3. Depression 4. Changes in work shifts and pain 5. Certain diseases such as arthritis Management It is simple. If the cause is deducted it goes away on its on. If it is due to stress or depression, stress management and counseling are needed. Tips to improve sleep 1. Go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday. 2. Do the same thing every night before going to bed to help your body to get ready for sleep. 3. Use bed room for sleeping. Don't eat, talk on phone or watch TV while you are in bed. 4. Make sure your bedroom is quiet and dark. 5. Avoid trying to fall asleep. The more you try to fall asleep the more trouble you may have. 6.Exercise more often. But do not exercise with in few hours before going to bed. 7. Do not start worrying about this when you go to bed. 8. Try eating a light snack before going to bed But do not eat too much before bed time. A glass of warmish and crackers may be useful. 9. Don't nap during the day. It is likely to make your insomnia worse. It is simple. If the cause is deducted it goes away on its on. If it is due to stress or depression, stress management and counseling are needed.
