Hi, I'm 27 height 178 cm and my weight is 85 kg. I want to reduce this. I am someone who eats a lot of non veg. Please advice.

Minimise non-veg to once a week, take more lean meat which is not overcooked with spices & oils, reduce processed foods containing carbs and fats. All packed foods are dangerous including safe looking breads, biscuits and salty snacks. Reduce intake of rice and wheat based foods and increase intake of raw veggies (2 servings daily), fruits (1serving daily) & nuts (1 serving daily). These methods are proven to work on many people.
