Hi, I am 27 years old guy. Now my weight have gone above normal bmi range. I had gained these weight with in 1 year. I need to reduce 12 kg weight with a span of 6 months? Is this goal can be achieved? Did skipping of night meal helps or affect? (Now I used to have light foods like fruits as dinner, did this affect) Exercise for achieving this goal? Also I need a tips or replacement stuffs to avoid my night smoking habit usually before bed. From the past, I some how managed to stop smoking during day time but till now I can't stop it before going to bed. I tried nicotex 2 mg, also chocolate in replace of cigarette but bedtime smoking is still continuing.

First correct your dinner. In dinner fruit is not correct option. Instead of eating fruit you can hav your meal earlier like between 7-8 pm. Then you can hav indigo with milk 4scoopss it will help to reduce wt also n correct your habits also. Hav more water. N try to reduce smoking slowly.
