Hi I'm 28 years old, I used to Masturbate too much from 21-25 yrs, Now I feel my penis is very week, I tried to have sex with my girl friend I didn't had good erection nor I couldn't long last my ejaculation, I do workout regularly however I'm bit over weight, now from last 2-3 years I'm facing nightfall problems.
