Currently test kit are good and early detection possible but just to be safer side it is alwyes better to get test done after window period of 12 weeks this is true if test done with good kit one may relax but precaution should be till window period.

No, it is not true. There are 4th generation tests that can show positive by 6 weeks, but it is not in 100% patients. So one more test is required at 90 days.
