Go for veg sources of protien like low fat milk, low fat curd, paneer, tofu. Sprouts, dals and whole pulses like rajmah, moong, bengal gram.

Hi lybrate-user You can definitely increase you protein Intake in form of white portion of egg (If at all you are eggetarian) or you can consume cheese, Milk and paneer, Dal, Lobia, Pulses, Chana,rajma, Chick peas etc to consume more protein.
