How to reduce uric acid? Due to increase in amount of uric acid. My legs have started swelling and aching. Please advise

To reduce the uric acid level you will have to reduce the intake of ceratin sea foods, - sardines, haddock, salmon, herring, mussels, shell fish, red meat, organ meat. Plus avoid alcohol and aerated sweetened drinks. If necessary ceratin drugs that help in excreting uric acid may be taken. Thanks.
