I am suffering from ocd ,depression, panic attacks, anxiety for 30 yes .now I am 49 yes old .my doc prescribed me mirtazapam7. 5 mg,duloxetine30, sertraline50,topiramate50 at night and clonazepam1 mg, tofisopam50 in the morning but at night I feel shortness of breathing, anxiety, high heart beat.
