My father, aged 62 years, takes Trajenta Duo 2.5 mg/1000 mg, once daily, in the morning after food. His blood sugar level is 150 (fasting) and 220 (postprandial). Should he continue with 2.5 mg/1000 mg, or switch to 2.5 mg/500 mg twice daily? Kindly advise.
