I am male 23. I am doing high intensity workout in gym to build up my body. How often its normal to masturbate so that my energy and performance in gym is not degraded.

Whatever activity you do, your body is active if you take heallthy balanced food. Consume high calorie and high protein foods 30 mins prior to workout. E.g bread with peanut butter. Bread Jam with 2-3egg whites. Sandwich, fruit juices with 8-10almonds etc.
