Doctor actually I have problem with my right knee, it will pain too much when ever I climb the mountain, I like trucking, but due to this knee pain its very hard for me. So please give me some suggestion. Thank you.

Hi stop or reduce activities that make symptoms worst. Apply cold pack for 20 minutes thrice a day for 5 days. Do regular streching of quadriceps, hamstring, and calf muscles. Learn strengthening exercise from physiotherapist or consult me via lybrate. Wishing you a good health.
