I am about 24 years old male. I face following problems 1. Head and eye ache from last 2 month. I have consulted a eye specialist 1 month ago and I am still taking medicine advised by him, but yet the is remains about the same. 2. Sneezing, pain in chest, back and throat, cough, sardi-jukam, coldness time to time, the problem increases coldness increases and whenever I make hand practice. 3. I don't get clear bathroom, though I it regularly. 4. I feel ache sometime in my urinal (penis) also. Dear Doctors please suggest me ayurvedic treatment and other thing as you think good and better for me. Thank you.

first avoid hand practice for few days. send a sample of semen in lab. for examination semen analysis. till then take syp. alkasol 15 ml in 1 glass of water thrice a day. tab. urispas twice a day. and take tab. flucold twice a day for 5 days. eye drop- genty-d 1to 2 drop twice a day in to both eyes. drink warm water, juice,green veg. Soups,lquid diets, dalia, take protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, avoid cold area,cold things .i.e. ice creams, fast/junk foods, chinese foods,spicy foods, fat meal, take bed rest , feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that. Cold sponging if get high fever. You can take tab. Tamiflu from govt. Hospitals.
