Please suggest me a solution for dark circle and dark lips. When I use whitening cream and when my skin become light my face will be looking weird because my lips and eyes are darker in colour. I have used revayur under eye cream for 2 weeks and the result was amazing my under eyes became light bt after stop using it again it became dark in colour. So please suggest me any under eye cream or any treatment to solve my problem permanently.
