Hello lybrate-user, You need to understand one thing first, we all have different individual body structure which is effected by the genetic make-up, climatic conditions of the region where you live, the dietary pattern and also the amount of physical activity you do in a day, does it balances you daily calorie intake, etc. Now, every individual body has its own way of putting on fat, some starts putting on fat on shoulders first & some starts developing fat tissues over the thighs and buttocks first. As you have mentioned, and also since you haven't mentioned your present height and weight I can only suggest you to go for stretching and body toning exercises. I hope this will be helpful to you. Thank you. Have a nice day!
