I am 32 years old, mom to a 6 year old child. And we as family eat very well balanced meals with a large percentage of variety of raw fresh produce everyday. I recently got concerned about my vitamin levels when I experienced mild symptoms of shortness of breath. Its settled on its own. Do you think its a good idea to start taking multivitamins supplements on a regular basis? If yes what do you recommend?
