Myself 27 year old female, having pain in lower back (right side) and it become tilt after sitting continuously. Kindly suggest me for betterment.

It can be due to muscle strain or disc issue in Lumbar spine that is lower back. Try to do several stretches such as Bhujang asan and core strengthening exercises. Also hot or cold packs can help calm down pain and tightness. Watch your posture and avoid excessive bending or slouching. Good luck.
