I have joined gym and doing workout for past 1 and half months. I take whey protein 1 scoop every day. Is it okay and what other supplements should I add? I want to grow bulky with muscles. My diet consists of 2 bananas, 4brown breads, peanut butter, 2 egg whites, 4 roti with chicken/sabji. How to become better and fit for workout?
