Hello, I had protected intercourse. After that incident 35th day I did anti hiv ag/ab combo test and 70th day HIV (clia) test Both are negative. Is my results are conclusive. I am assume that I am HIV negative person.

They are not conclusive. You need to do tests at 90 days of exposure. Also do HEP b and VDRL tests. If HEP b negative take vaccines.
