My husband have thyroid problem. Is he can take dry fruits as a regular diet and he is also diabetic.

Yes he can consume dry fruits but because he is a diabetic the quantity should be strictly controlled. Almonds, cashews, walnuts are not an issue. Avoid dried anjeer and dates.
