In general we can say that, through the combined action of diet and exercise you can reduce your fat deposition. At present in your abs muscles fat deposited, so you have to convert back into muscle mass, start with low grade exercises which can develop abs muscles and go for a normal walk. If there, avoid intake of alcohol, soft drinks energy dense foods. Try to increase your fiber intake through including vegetables and low energy fruits. Increase your BMR through taking small frequent meals and maintain 2 to 3 hours in between meals. Try to take whole fruit instead of juice and be regular in exercise. At least take 3 liter of water in a day. Don't take a heavy meals at a time this is the main thing, If you are taking 3 main meal a day, divide the quantity from that and eat in between. For a time period avoid high energy fruits like Large banana, Jack fruit, Chikoo, Mango etc.
