Hi my height is 5.5 ft/inch and age is 31 yrs my weight is 48 kg and in last 10 years it's not gain more than 50 I want to make my weight 65 kg I have taken many supplements. Follow many dietician exercise and many more in diet improve but I can not get more weight even I take many medicines and follows physician doctors also but not still get good results please suggest good medicine or diet chart or if possible give good way for improve weight fast as possible.

Hi Lybrate-user, I would suggest you to follow a diet rich in proteins and carbs and also a good fat diet will help you increase your muscle mass and will increase your weight simultaneously in a healthy way. Include foods like animal proteins like- chicken, eggs, fish; plant proteins like- soy milk, soybean, pulses, tofu, milk, paneer good fats like- nuts, cheese. Keep yourself hydrated all day also will help you digest proteins fast. You also need to exercise to increase your muscle mass, so atleast 30 mins of exercise is necessary per day. Good luck!
