If your pregnant kindly take only plain paracetamol and nothing else if pain For swollen gums you can rinse with luke warm water add salt to it n rinse 3-4 times a day. Also can use Tan-X gumpaint just massage on your gums twice daily.

You don’t need to take medication, if needed you can get scaling done, do warm saline rinses. These are hormonal changes during pregnancy due to which swelling of gums take place.
