I have pear shape body structure. I have thigh and butt fat. I do regular exercise but there is no big change .how to reduce it. Suggest me some intense exercise and diet.

Hello lybrate-user, Almost 65% of the mob has pear shaped body structure. As per a balanced diet, an inverted pyramid can be considered. Carbohydrates on the top, followed by carbs+proteins and then milk products and lastly the least amount of fats and nuts. So if we follow a pattern of having a heavy breakfast -> lunch -> dinner (as calories in decreasing order) than in increasing order. Often we make a mistake of skipping our breakfast and lunch and over eat (or take heavy meal, or meal of the day) in dinner. This is the wrong procedure. Always, we should start our day with a heavy meal and ending a day with normal and/or smallest meal.
