I have started gym workout since 2 months and taking whey protein twice a day. I go to gym empty stomach. My goal is to srhed excess lower abdominal fat consequently gaining muscle mass without losing weight as I am satisfied by my weight. Please suggest me proper diet menu that I can follow strictly for immediate results.

You should never do any work out on an empty stomach. We need to take pre work and post work out meals. Pre work out meal is important to provide you some energy to start your work out regime and also it gives you quick energy to cope up the exercise stress. Also post work out meal is important for the recovery of muscles. Have protein rich diet after gym and have fruits or nuts before gym.
