Through the combined action of diet and exercise we can easily reduce the weight. But here you didn't mentioned your current weight, Height, health status, life style and your diet preferences. Without knowing all those details it is difficult to prescribe a particular diet. In general reduce the intake of energy dense (Alcohol, Soft drinks, sweets and pastries, deep fried items etc) things and include 50% vegetables as your carbohydrate source and include good protein sources (Egg, Chicken, Mutton, Milk, All pulses, Legumes and Beans etc.) with your main meal. Take frequent small meals with 2.5 to 3 hours gap. Start with 20 min exercise and gradually increase up to 1 hour and be regular in exercise. Drink at least 3 liter water per day.
