According to your height and weight your BMI is 25.1 so decrease your weight approximately 5 kg. Some tips for weight loss:- 1) Take healthy foods. 2) Don't skip meals. 3) Take at least 5 to 6 small meals in a day. 4) Drink 2 to 3 litres water every day. 5) Don't skip breakfast. 6) Do some exercise for minimum 30 minutes. 7) Don't take stress. 8) Take fresh fruits and vegetables juice. 9) Take healthy oils and fats. 10) Get qualityful sleep. Some exercise for weight loss:- 1) Walking 2) Jogging 3) Swimming 4) Running 5) Crunches 6) Puch up 7) Pull up 8) Squats.
