What are the best medicines for ibs as I have taken lots of medication but after few weeks again same issues bloating cramping and feeling like everything I had eat is in stomach. Test I have done stool, tsh, cbc, they are clear please help currently I take medicines. digeplex, cyra ls, iborest exiten. Suggest me what to do. I want to eat everything but my stomach do not allow.

Hi No 1 best medicine of IBS is to avoid outside and spicy fried foods. Take fruits, curd, khichri and simple diet. Else we have one month IBS package All the best.
