I am going to gym for a quite a long time now. Saw tremendous results for the first 6-7 months but for the last 3 months, I am neither able to loose weight nor gain muscles, despite changing the workout schedule and diet plans. What can be the possible reasons and it's solutions? Also my belly fat has been too stubborn. Anything particular that I can do to overcome it?

Get yourself tested for lipid profile and thyroid to rule out one possible cause. Keep yourself regular in exercising as sometime body might not show results instantly. Keep a watch on your diet. Avoid oily fatty junk food. Increase intake of green leafy vegetable.
