Hello doctor. I am suffering from low BP. I have joined in yoga class at 5.30 am. While doing yoga I am loosing all my energy. Am unable to perform well. Can I eat anything before going yoga class? And how can I overcome this low BP?

The low BP may be due to low sugar as you are going empty stomach and doing workout. It will be best if you eat something light like a biscuit/rusk with a cup of tea or milk and take water/juice rather than going empty stomach.
