Sir I am 53 years old ex serviceman. I served in many difficult area like high altitudes and desert areas. I am suffering from gastric problem since last 8 yrs. I have spondylitis and cervical problem also. Sometimes I feel pain below heart at stomach. Sometimes headache in right side, noise in right ear and tightness in right side neck, shoulder, hand a.day leg. Sometimes my BP goes upto 148/100. My right eat continuously ding noise. I have a stress and anxiety problems. Please advise me the suitable medicine of homeopathic. Thanks.

Please follow my prescription 1) Acid Sulph -30. 2) Argentum Nitricum -30 In no 30 globules. To be taken four globules thrice daily before food no 1 and after food no 2 for one month and report me the result for next medicine or advise.
