I am a traveller and I don't have habit to eat good & healthy food. So my body is weak, but I want to build my body and immunity systems. Please guide for the same.

Yes you should eat healthy food if you do not have the habit you have to cultivate the habit of eating more. If not you have to liquid food where you can take fruits and protein in your diet.
