Sir, I am suffering from tinnitus about 6 months, it mainly caused by removing wax with ear pins nd also with hearing loud noises, I also have chronic sensitivity to small sounds too. My ct scan of brain is normal nd audiometry also normal. Today I consulted a Ayurvedic doctor then he prescribed me bilwadi oil for karnapoorna nd again bilwadi oil but in stores Asana vilwadi oil only have availability ie. Is why im asking again bilwadi oil is same as the acne bilwadi oil for over head usage (headache)

Asana vilwadi oil and vilwadi are two different types oils. Only the suggested oil should be used for karna poorana. Asanavilwadi oil can be used to apply externally on your head, which is also a good medicine for your problem. You can ask your doctor for any other alternatives of Vilwadi oil for Karnapoorana.
