My age is 31, my weight is 75, I have gone for bone density test ,it s good bt even though am getting back pain, when I bend and get up, I am nt able to stand straight, and even I put on weight, can you suggest me hw to reduce weight and back pain.

Basically the problem of backache is due to your weight for this you the exercises regularly and do walking daily and avoid the fatty food ok.

If you want to reduce weight the simplest form is you take daily warm water before fresh and slight running and walking and take a glass of lemon water to reduce weight and increase stamina and quality of body.
