I am a 26 year old male, hitting the gym regularly. Last few days I am experiencing severe heavy pain at the back side of my head while I am going for High Intensive Training. What should I do?

You must do proper warm up before workout and cooldown after workout. And keep your body well hydrated. Drink plenty of water and make sure you take enough fibre in your diet. Avoid high intensity workout if it doesn't resolve within three days and immediately seek advice from your nearest GP.
