I am 22. I have been suffering fungal infections last 2 years in my armpit, groin and buttock area. I used a lot of medicines and creams (allopathic, homeopathy, ayurveda) and still have not get rid of it. Day by day I am getting irritated as I can not use under wear and any tight shirts. Please suggest some medicines that works in a month.

Stay dry. Keep your groin area dry. Dry your genital area and inner thighs thoroughly with a clean towel after showering or exercising. Use Candid powder around your groin area , armpits to prevent excess moisture. Wear clean clothes. Change your underwear at least once a day or more often if you sweat a lot. Wash workout clothes after each use. Be cool. Don't wear thick clothing for long periods of time in warm, humid weather.
