Sir, I feel I have some depression. Every 5 second I keep getting thoughts that someone is in danger, someone is going to call and tell that someone has passed away. My husband or I will have serious health issues and won't be able to recover. All such thoughts are interfering my daily life. I am not able to enjoy any second. Even when m watching TV m scared to laugh at any joke. I have had 2 miscarriage and an ectopic surgery recently. My husband is diabetic and has high triglycerides levels. We are on medications but still I feel very scared and feel like going off somewhere far from all this. Please please help.
