Hey doctor. I am having bloating problem. Even if I am empty I bloat a lot. I feel like some gas is there inside nd I need to forcibly take out. But then also I don't feel comfortable. Also my fingers are numbed at times. Nd I feel pain in the right side of chest. Is that a serious issue? please help.

Bloating problems increasing in empty stomach is quite normal with hyperacidity. You should change your diet to small amounts of food in frequent intervals. Hello Lybrate user As you asked about your problems related to your bloating and gaseous flatulence which create problems with chest pain. I would like to advise you to follow regular daily routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as yoga and exercise every day. You may take warm water boiled with ginger and Saumph one cup every half-hour for whole day. You may use light diets Khichari and Dariya with moong daal and green vegetables. You may avoid oily or junk foods and spiced and sour products e.g. Pickles. You may follow some Ayurveda medicines as given below. 1- Arogyavardhini vati -1 tab Soot Shekhar Ras -1 tab Chitrakadi vati -1 tab Liv52 DS --1 tab twice daily with warm water after meals. 2- Kumaryasav --20 ml Abhayarist --20 ml twice daily with water after meals. Continue the above mentioned medicines for three weeks. If you feel better result then continue it for 3 months regular.

If u remain skipping meals ......U may add another problem ,...obesity Take some pure natural , Antioxidants/Probiotics /nuts /low CHO and High protein diet ,,.....If donot understand ask for life style changes plus exercise .........It is not a big deal
