I am having a little bulge in my belly button for more then 3 years, its of same size haven?t increased or decreased. There is no pain in this area. I got it diagnosed from two 3 doctors and they said its umbilical hernia. Is there anything alternative to surgery. I do not want to undergo knife unless there is no choice. Please suggest treatment.
