I have thin hairs and gray hairs too my age 29. And alopecia that means baldness on forehead how to prevent it? And want thick and good quality hairs. I am using now keraboost, folifast, and fooliseurm. But not 100% result. Wht do you suggest?

According to your description you have andeoenic alopecia/male pattern baldness which is genetic or hereditary. If there is history in your family (maternal/paternal side) you will also have baldness. Even if no history you could be the first person in the family to start with it. Sorry to say. The treatments you are on are good but they will only maintain whatever hair you have now. And as long as ypu are on it ypu will find relief but once off medications within one month you may again start experiencing faster hair loss. Permanent solutions is hair transplant but only if you are in a later stage of baldness.
