I was wondering is there a cure for high blood pressure. And if so how do I go about getting it.

Hello. High blood pressure can happen because of 2 main causes. First is essential hypertension which is mainly because of stress. Second is the one because of some internal pathology. Most of the times it is essential hypertension. You can get rid of this type of hypertension by doing Abdominal breathing for half an hour continously for 4-6 times a day. High BP is controllable. But not curable. Untill and unless it is secondary. Means it has some under lying cause. Get yourself investigated by some cardiologist. If he finds some cause .it can be cured after removing the cause.
