My dad have gallstone in gallbladder of 9.8mms and also have creatine level of 2.4 right now. Dad have past history of By pass ,diabetic, blood pressure and paralysis. Right now he don't have any pain in stomach and he is stable. So is it necessary to go for surgery? What treatment he is required and to whom should we consult i.e type of specialist.

You should go to a multispeciality hospital where there is a facility for icu and cardiac back up. Since he had a bypass and diabetic he falls within high risk category. Hence sx would be risky. However .galstones should b removed in a diabetic ptn laporoscopy shal be contraindican however open surgery would b safe.
