Hi I am 15 year old boy who is suffering from permanent hair loss on crown, mid and front scalp. And I lost my hair last year winter since it was long so enough to cover the scalp. But when I made cut my hair completely and hair grew I found my hair loss is permanent and severe. I feel very embarrassed .please help me.

You may be suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts refeeding from the front.
