Today I have done my blood and urine test. While the blood test was normal, urine teat showed the following results. Pus cells - 15-20/hpf Doctor told it is hugely infected and can attack my kidneys. Please suggest me right way.

You have UTI which can be treated with antibiotics hence do not worry drink plenty of water and kadha of cumin and coriander seeds both 1: 2 tsf in 500 ml of water boil ,filter it when cooled have through out the day recurrent infections can effect the kidneys do kidney functions test to rule out.
